The Equine Psychotherapy Institute (EPI)
Founded by Meggin Kirby, The Equine Psychotherapy Institute (EPI) is the first Australian model of, and Training pathway, in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy & Equine Assisted Learning. We have been training, supervising and supporting Equine Assisted Therapy Practitioners since 2011.
The Equine Psychotherapy Institute is one of the most comprehensive training pathways for students interested in studying and working in the field of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning in Australia, facilitated by Australians. We offer training for prospective students, interested in professional, safe, and ethical services.
Our Vision
Our vision is that the institute will become a powerful leader in equine, animal and nature-based psychotherapy and experiential learning training, supporting people to reconnect with their deeper nature, true power, passion, connection and compassion for all living beings and the natural world.
Our Mission
To train, support and promote practitioner excellence. Our training supports a high level of competence in understanding and working with human healing, growth, development and change, and, understanding and working with our deep connection with horses, all animals and the natural world we are a part of.
